Storage and retention

Triage metadata is retained in the operator's private repository until the operator deletes it. No copies exist elsewhere. The Gmail application password is stored as an environment secret on the hosting platform and is never written to the repository.

Revoking access

The operator can revoke the application's access at any time by deleting its app password at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords, which immediately cuts off access.
